Kim Williams is the CEO of Inn-Side Out Beauty. She brings over 30 years of experience into her beauty, personal styling and image consulting business.
Kim has been in ministry for over 30 years, helping women to discover and learn their true identity.
Kim is also a Certified Life Coach, Keynote Speaker and Author.
Kim had the opportunity to work with a leading cosmetic company in the beauty industry. She learned many valuable lessons about the beauty industry. However, she always felt there was a missing element in the beauty industry. The missing element is the lack of focus on building inner beauty instead of just focusing on outward beauty.
Kim has been blessed to have worked with a number of clients all ages. She noticed her more seasoned clients were typically concerned about the aging process and how it would affect their outer beauty. Her younger clients struggled with the ongoing comparison and competitiveness of looking glamourous amongst peers.
Kim listened to the feedback from her clients. She had an “AHA” moment. She thought if she could teach women about inner beauty, it would build their confidence and boost self-esteem. Then their focus would not just be on the outward appearance to define their worth or value.
She decided to marry these two concepts together: inner beauty and outer beauty. The vision of "Inn-Side Out Beauty," was birthed.
Inn-Side Out Beauty is a movement to teach women how to be beautiful from the inside out. This movement unmasks the truth on beauty. It then reinforces the need to build a woman's confidence, worth and self-esteem. Though Kim believes inner beauty is the staple for a woman's confidence to be discovered. She also believes a woman's image and style can also boost her confidence.
Kim believes every woman with a desire to grow and evolve from the inside out can be transformed. She is on the move with the Inn- Side Out Beauty movement to see women transformed from the inside out.

Walking In Wholeness
Kim can remember when she started her healing journey. She says, "It wasn't always easy, but the temporary hurt of having to revisit painful memories to heal from, can't compare to the years of walking in true freedom.
So, what better person is there to help you along your healing journey then someone who knows what it feels like to go through the crushing like an olive. To then be turned into olive oil and be poured out and into others' lives and to be an aid in their healing process.
Kim believes," It's your time to walk in your freedom. "
“So, if the Son sets you free you will be free indeed."
The Inner Soul
Kim believes knowing your true identity and knowing that you were created in the image and likeness of God, is when transformation takes place from the inside out.
You become more and more beautiful as you become the reflection of the One, who embodies true beauty.
Kim believes, " You can become beautiful because you were created to be beautiful."
