Kim Williams is the CEO and visionary behind Inn-Side Out Beauty, a movement dedicated to helping women embrace both their inner and outer beauty. With over 30 years of experience in personal styling and image consulting, Kim brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for transformation.
In addition to her work in beauty and fashion, Kim has served in ministry for more than three decades, empowering women to discover their true identity. She is a Life Coach, Keynote Speaker, and Author who combines spiritual wisdom with practical tools for personal growth.
Early in her career, Kim worked with a leading cosmetics company where she learned the ins and outs of the beauty industry. But she quickly realized something vital was missing—a deeper focus on inner beauty. While the industry emphasized outward appearance, Kim saw firsthand how many women, regardless of age, struggled with confidence, comparison, and self-worth.
Through working with clients of all ages, Kim identified a common thread: her more seasoned clients worried about aging and appearance, while younger women battled peer comparison and unrealistic beauty standards. This led to a powerful realization—true beauty must begin on the inside.
That "aha" moment birthed Inn-Side Out Beauty—a holistic approach that blends image consulting with inner healing and personal development. Kim believes that when women build confidence, worth, and self-esteem from within, their outward style becomes an authentic reflection of who they truly are.

Walking In Wholeness
Kim vividly remembers the moment she began her healing journey. She reflects, “It wasn’t always easy. Revisiting painful memories brought its own kind of hurt, but that temporary pain doesn’t compare to the lasting freedom I now walk in.”
That’s why she believes she’s uniquely called to walk with others through their healing. She’s experienced the crushing, like an olive under pressure—but through that process, she was refined, transformed, and now pours into others as a vessel of healing and hope.
Kim declares with bold conviction: “It’s your time to walk in freedom.”
As Scripture says, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
The Inner Soul
Kim believes that true transformation begins the moment you embrace your God-given identity—knowing you were created in the image and likeness of God. As this truth takes root, beauty begins to flow from the inside out.
